The Apple Sacco was registered on 11th September, 2002 as Kaimosi Sacco. under the Co-operative Societies Act (Cap 490). The sacco was rebranded in 2016 and adopted the name "The Apple Sacco". Our members were basically tea farmers supplying tea crop to the parent company Kaimosi Tea Estates LTD, but currently we have expanded our operations and we are now open to all potential members in our regions of Vihiga and Nandi counties
Currently the membership of The Apple Sacco stands at 5,255 members both in BOSA and FOSA. This membership is expected to grow by 1000 in the next one year due to improved saving and credit facilities offered by the sacco.
The Apple Sacco is situated along Kapsabet-Kisumu road at Chepsonoi Market with one Branch at Kobujoi Market.
